Join us for an unforgettable weekend of high-octane racing at the Duck Hunt No Prep event hosted at Sumerduck Motorsports Park inSumerduck,  VA on September 5th, 2026. Experience the adrenaline rush of no-prep drag racing.

Friday night T&T (not a part of our event) 

$40 Racers -  $15

Saturday,  Race Day: 

$60 Racers - $20 spectators

Gates open at 10am

Drivers Meeting at Noon

Racing begins approximately 1pm

SMALL TIRE:  $100 Buy in, winner takes all (We will have sponsorship money on top as well) 

28/10.50 no w & 275/60 size tires, AWD cars can not run slicks, radial tires only! no full tube chassis cars, steel roof and quarters, No added weight outside of the cars body

Budget Small Tire: $100 Buy in, winner takes all (We will have sponsorship money on top as well) 

full frame, bolt on parts only, all glass (back window of trucks can be plexi for roll cage), No back halved,   factory firewall, factory engine location, factory body panel material (except hood), full interior (carpet, factory dash, working windows, rear seat delete is okay), registered, insured, all lights and horn working, pump gas only,  working charging and cooling system, no towing to/from lanes. AWD cars can not run slicks, radial tires only!  28x10.50 no w and 275/60 Tire

NO-BOX BRACKET: $100 Buy In, Winner take all (We will have sponsoring money on top) 

We will have 2 time runs before the 1st round of the bracket so you can get your dial time, you are also welcome to test Friday night to get your dial time. 

Choose your own dial. Must have your dial time on your windshield before entering lanes each round. 

2nd Chance Race (TBD)

Anyone knocked out of the Small Tire or Street Car classes in the 1st or 2nd round can buy in.

•All races will be flashlight start except for the No-Box race

•STARTER HAS FINAL SAY ON RACES

• All races will be ⅛ mile

•JUMP OR CROSS = LOSS

If your tire wrinkles or the car moves before the light comes on, you jumped...  If you cross, it has to be an obvious cross, We will not be walking the center line looking for tire marks.

if you think someone jumped or crossed and the starter didn't call it, it'll cost $100 to dispute it. if you are right, you'll get your money back, if not, it goes into the pot. BUT IT MUST BE BROUGHT TO THE STARTERS ATTENTION BY A MEMBER OF THE RACE TEAM BEFORE THE NEXT PAIR.  

ALL SPECTATORS ARE REQUIRED TO STAY BEHIND THE CONES!  ONLY 2 TEAM MEMBERS ARE ALLOWED BEYOND THE CONES.  If you are told by our crew more than once, you may be asked to leave the event.  Your team members can not stand in front of our "Jump cam" so please let them know to be mindful of that. 

ANY VEHICLE PROTESTS MUST BE BROUGHT TO OUR ATTENTION BEFORE THE DRIVER'S MEETING! So, if you're concerned about a vehicle meeting the rules, come to us so we can check it over.
